Why meradOS.
Three questions come up in every first conversation. Here are the answers, as short as possible, including the places where we do not deliver yet.
Why we are good
- 01We did it, we did not demo it.
Six months by hand, six months of engineering, six months of real money. The system grew out of mistakes made with our own capital, not out of a pitch deck.
- 02Every decision is readable.
363 trades since the start, each with thesis, model, confidence and cost. The archive is the real product: you can read why the account looks the way it does today.
- 03We measure the way an auditor measures.
Backtest, paper account and real money run through the same pipeline. Capital movements are stripped out, the best day is disclosed, the volatility is not talked down.
- 04Operations are engineered, not improvised.
Six model providers with failover, daily snapshots, a kill switch, cost per call. A trading day does not fail because one provider hiccups.
- 05The result is a signal.
+39.6% since February 18, 2026 versus +11.6% for the S&P 500, at a beta of 0.43. Not proof after 133 trading days, but a reason to look closer.
What sets us apart
We compare categories, not names. Each category has its place. The question is which properties a financial institution needs when it wants to trade with AI and has to stand behind the outcome.

What the financial institution gains
No new desk, no new custody, no blind flight. What changes in practice:
- A new product without a new desk
An AI-managed satellite mandate under your own brand, with its own reporting. Set up in weeks, not quarters.
- Documentation that makes audits easier
Every order with thesis, timestamp, model and cost. Client meetings, internal audit and regulators get the same file.
- Custody and control stay in-house
The money never leaves your accounts. Limits, universe and the kill switch sit with you, not with us.
- Costs in cents instead of salaries
A decision costs model calls, billed by the cent. Effort scales with the number of accounts, not with the number of people.
- An argument for your clients
Transparency as a product feature: the client sees why a trade was made. That sets you apart from every provider that only shows a result.
- Research as a by-product
The thesis archive shows which rationales hold up and which do not. Your research desk gets data that would not otherwise exist.
We will show you the account live.
Trades, theses, costs, mistakes. One hour, screen shared, no slides. Afterwards you will know whether this fits your house.
